Every year my side of the family goes up to Bear Lake in October. We love it! Sometimes we have great weather, sometimes we have bad weather, sometimes we have a mixture. This year was a mixture. The day we got there was the best weather of the weekend. The sun was shining and it wasn't very cold. We took the kids to the pool first thing. Saturday was a total wash. It poured rain the entire day. The kids did not care one bit. They have fun no matter what the weather. They swim in it, play ball, ride scooters. The adults on the other hand are kind of wimpy. Sunday was a good day. The rain had stopped but it was a little cold. All the boys went four wheel ridding and shooting. Nobody took a camera so there are no pictures. Darn it! I was so mad. Monday of course was BEAUTIFUL! The day we were packing up and coming home. I did not take very many pictures this year. I was too busy trying to stay warm and dry.

How fun! We stayed at those condos behind the girls in the playground pic in July. Funny. You're right, kids don't care about the weather, but I am a HUGE cold wimp. (Snow is much prettier when viewed through a window in a room with a fireplace.)
I am also a wimp when it comes to the cold. It sounds like you guys had a great time.
